Our aim is to make sure that Hermes Global Lojistik A.S. Social Compliance Policy becomes company culture. Therefore, social compliance standards have been created and started to be applied. As well as creating product and service with this social compliance standard, this policy undertakes to give all the rights of the employees arising from the standards within the framework of the laws, to comply with occupational health and safety rules, to be sensitive to the environment, to create a workplace environment where there is open and honest communication, respect and value among employees. Social compliance policy is announced with trainings to all of our employees, our supplies are informed and our suppliers are evaluated according to these criteria.<\/p>\n<p>In the scope of this policy, no sanction or punishment acts are applied to the employees who mention their concerns, worries and complaints; suggestion, wish and complaint boxes are used for them to mention their concerns and worries.
