Certain rights are granted to the personal data holders in article 11 of Personal Data Protection Law numbered 6698, which entered into force by being published on 06 April 2016. We will respond to your request, within at the latest 30 (thirty) days, regarding your personal data processed by our company, Hermes Global Lojistik Anonim Sirketi, whose commercial center is located in Omerli Mahallesi Adnan Kahveci Caddesi No:2 Arnavutkoy \/ISTANBUL, as a data supervisor, after you fill out and sign this form completely and clearly, and send it to our address above, by hand or by certified mail.<\/p>\n
